Building Information

Building Information:
The mansion, built in 1874, is on the National Register of Historic Properties and it has all the detailing and character that you would expect to see in a 140-year old mansion including impressive ceiling medallions & moldings, a grand staircase, and marble fireplaces in every room. The Covenant has been renovated from a church into a ceremony and reception venue space. The Covenant has massive vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows and a choir loft which can be used for overflow seating or as a “lounge” area overlooking the space with couches, cocktail tables, etc. The back bar is a 14-foot high, wood stained pipe organ, creating a statement piece for attendees!
